RT's Red and Black Theory

B and I were cruising along the trail this evening and I came up with a theory regarding Ferris and NC or noticed a trend anyway...The team that wears red wins and team that wears black loses.

Ferris wore red and NC wore black at Tracy Walter's and the dual meet. North Central wore red and Ferris wore black at NXN Regionals. When they both wore black at Districts and they tied.

Have fun in Portland!

Lost Ponds...

I ran lost ponds from old u-hi this morning with WV legends Bob Barbero, Wayne Dionne, and Kenny Christian. (Seriouly I need to write a book! I need to get Barbero, Christian, Dionne, Hadway, Kiesel, MCCarty, and Kelly in a room together and let them tell all of their stories. I would turn on a recorder, sit back and enjoy the show. I might have to provide some beverages for this crew.) I was too busy listening to their stories because I rolled my ankle once, fell down once, and at the end of the run my hamstring hurt so bad I could barely lift my leg for the sprint back to school that Bob and Kenny put on. Despite my pitfalls it was a great run.
